Welcome to roneye.com where you have the opportunity to see the world through Ron’s eye. There is nothing like grandchildren to spur one on to expand one’s horizons in digital photography. Shutter lag drove me to my first digital SLR. There were just too many pictures of feet and empty rooms. Of course, the digital SLR required a class at the Santa Fe Workshops and the rest is history. A number of classes later, and encouraged by Sean Kernan to take interesting pictures as opposed to pictures of interesting things, I have attempted to do just that with varying degrees of success. This site is to share the results with family, friends and strangers who might just stop by. Here you will find pictures of people, places and things out in the world as I see them. I welcome all feedback.
